The president and two managers of Massachusetts-based MBI, Inc., recently pleaded guilty to charges of knowingly hiring illegal aliens.

The company was raided in March by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers, who found at least 361 undocumented workers.

In addition to hiring the workers, the company allegedly helped them obtain fraudulent documentation, knowingly submitted phony Social Security numbers to the federal government and failed to pay the employees overtime.

The president and manager will each serve a prison sentence and pay a fine. Also, the company will have to pay a fine of $1.5 million.
