		<description>I had no idea there was a requirement to help the employee become qualified under USERRA, and I bet most employers don&#039;t either.  I can hardly imagine a more sympathetic plaintiff than a disabled veteran.  Some kid in his 20s telling a jury about not being able to get a job when he got back and the employer who didn&#039;t try to help.  Time to get out the checkbook!</description>
