		<description>Over $3 million?  I can&#039;t help but wonder how many people sued.  The article says &quot;several applicants sued,&quot; so this was not likely a wide-reaching class action suit.  I completely agree that the company was in the wrong, but unless there was a &quot;good ol&#039; boy&quot; plot to exclude women, the multi-million dollar award sure sounds over the top.</description>
